Orders are shipped three times a week: on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The delivery charges are €6 for a promo pack and €9 for one or more 12-packs. Delivery is free for orders over €80.

The products are delivered by express couriers.

Once the courier has collected your order from us, it will send a tracking number and/or a delivery date to you using the contact information that you provided during the purchasing process.

All payments are made by PayPal.

PayPal is a safe, instant online payment system.

Customers are redirected to the website www.paypal.it, where they can access their accounts by entering their personal email addresses and passwords.

People who do not have PayPal accounts can also purchase items through PayPal by simply using a credit card or a prepaid card.

At present, Isodrops is only available in Italy.

They are codes made up of numbers and/or letters that customers can use to get discounts. Not everyone has access to discount codes. They are given out during special promotions and occasions.

1. Add the items that you want to your cart

2. Click on “Cart” or go directly to the Check Out page

3. Under the costs, there is a section with the words “Do you have a Promo Code? Voucher code”

4. Enter the promo code in the space and click the “Apply Code” button

5. The system will automatically enter the discount

6. Continue with the normal purchasing procedure
